Beef Garlic Fettuccine

Ingredients:

Fettuccine (230 grams dry, 492 grams cooked);
1/2 tsp salt;
Garlic 21 grams;
Lean ground bee 112 grams;
One star-aniseed (optional);
Baby spinach 84 grams;
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional);
2.5 tbsp canola oil;
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil;

Procedure/Method:

1.Cook the dry fettuccine in 4 cups of water;
2.take out the cooked fettuccine from the water and add 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil into the cooked fettuccine and mix them well; the olive oil will keep the strings of noodle separate from each other;
3.Into a heated wok (at 150 degrees Celcius), add the canola oil., and the minced garlic and aniseed (optional) and cook for 1-2 minutes to get all the flavor coming out and the garlic in the wok get golden in color;
4.At 150 degrees Celcius, add the ground beef into the wok, stir fry the ground beef until they are fully cooked, add 1 tbsp soy sauce into the cooked beef and mix them evenly;
5.add the spinach into the wok and stir fry for 30-40 seconds until the spinach pliable and shrink in volume, but still in vivid green in color; turn off the heat;
6.Add the fettuccine into the wok, mix well, add some raw minced garlic into the noodles, and add salt into the noodles, the salt amount is adjustable according to your desire and taste.
