Black Pepper Powder – half tea spoon
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Jaggery Powder 1 tea spoon

PREPARATION,,

Take a pan and add 2 glass of water then add all ingredients in it
boil for 10 mints and then drink it lukewarm

PREPARATION,,

In a serving glass, add 2 teaspoons honey, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, add ice cubes stir well.

In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
