Rain or shine, we go out every day to get our workout in and YOU should, too! There really is no excuse not to move our body and medical experts agree: It is hugely important to exercise every single day. Now, the common consensus is that you shouldn’t go all out with a super intense workout because that just adds more stress to an already stressful situation.

But a short, moderate workout is exactly what you need in trying times like these to keep your body as healthy as possible and do something good for your mind. Plus, when you work out outside, you get that all important natural vitamin D, which helps to improve our immune system and builds resistance against diseases.

We put together 7 short workout ideas for you to inspire you to keep moving and do the best you can to stay healthy and safe.

Keep in mind, while we are out at the Hudson River, enjoying the sunshine and some fresh air, things are changing quite fast, so make sure that you follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization ( to be in the know when it comes to going outdoors.
