I’m entering this contest because I feel like I have grown a lot physically and mentally all because of the gym. It all started with a vision 9 years ago. I committed to improving my physical being. I used the gym as a means not only to look better, but also for many factors. The gym helped me grow my confidence and helped relieve stress. Even though I feel like my accomplishments inspired only a few people, I feel like that is a huge accomplish to me personally. With my hardwork and dedication, I will continue to grow more this year and feel like this platform would help me reach out to more people about my journey. Together we rise.
