Quick beginner guide into Oscar food and supplements for Oscar Fish.
Hey everyone! Oscars are one of my favorite fish and unfortunately are one of the most abused fish in the hobby. They require lots of space, special diet, and a clean over filtered aquarium.
Lots of people in the hobby feel these fish can get by with minimal tank size, poor quality food, and less than perfect loving conditions.
I feel Oscars are not a fish for beginners. If they do not have the correct living conditions they are very susceptible to disease, as well as poor quality of life.
In this video I discuss why it’s important to choose high quality food and supplement this food with a few different vitamins.
