5 Vitamins To Boost Your Immune System!

Here are the 5 vitamins which I believe can improve your immune system. I call these vitamins ACED B12, basically these are vitamin A, C, E, D, and B12.

Vitamin A helps in our cell reproduction and stimulates immunity and is needed for some hormones in our bodies.
Natural Sources: Carrots, tomatoes, milk, potatoes, eggs, chicken, yogurt, green peas, and bell pepper. it is also found in so many other fruits and vegetables.

Vitamin C is an antiviral agent and it strengthens our immune system.
Natural Sources: Oranges, lemons, limes, tomatoes, potatoes, and also in many fruits and vegetables.

Vitamin E plays a significant role as an antioxidant, thereby protecting body tissues from the damage of oxidation.

B6 plays a role in the creation of antibodies in the immune system.
