current my diet- morning 5gm glutamine ,
1st meal 1sarving protein, 15gm oats, 2banana, 1pich cinnamon, vitamin C.

2meal- 10egg omllet 4 bread. (1 shellcul teb,omega-3)

3rd meal- grapes+orange mix orange juice.

4th meal – 1cup curd ,1/2 serving protein, 20 almond walnut, kissmiss.

pre. Workout- L-arjinine, black coffee boiled potato
post workout- 1.5 serving protein 2 roti vit.E, B

5th meal- 10egg boiled, 1cup chickpeas (milk thistle)
on bed- zma, glutamine.
