Building My Endurance and Upping my Vitamin B1

I am slowly building my endurance, step by step, roll by roll of the wheels of my walker. My goal is to be able to walk 10km as I did prior to stroke on a daily basis. I am also vigilant in keeping hydrated and insuring I take my vitamin B1. A possible next step on this journey is to let go of the fear of having to have the stability of my walker with me…time will tell..wish me luck.
