In the absence of any antiviral therapy and vaccine, during a Global Pandemic like COVID-19, it is important to help the the only choice we are having which is fighting against coronavirus and that is our immune system. It has been established that a good sleep can decrease chemicals like serotonin, dopamine etc which can reduce the capacity of our immune system in case of viral infection.
