Immunity booster Green Tea recipe | Easy recipe to boost immune system By Angel Vlogs by irum..!!!

This is the recipe of green tea which enhance your immunity, strengthen your immune system and boost your immune system against any disease any virus.

Ingredients:
1 glass or Mug of water (paani)
4 Cloves (long)
2 pieces of Lemon
1 inch Ginger (Adrak)
1/2 tsp Green tea (Sabz chaye ki patti)
3 small pieces Cinamon (Daar cheeni)
5 Pepper corns (kaali mirch)

Benefits of all ingredients:
-cinamon (daar cheeni) has antioxidant properties it protects the body from oxidative damage.
-ginger (Adrak) boosts and strengthens immune system.
-cloves (long) also have antioxidant properties. It protects the body from oxidative damage.
-pepper corn also protects body from oxidative damage.
-lemon is full of vitamin C. It enhances the immune system.
-Green tea boosts the immune system.
