COVID-19

3 Movements to Enhance Immunity for COVID-19 Patients

Some COVID 19 patients will not have severe symptoms while some people will, and may even need to use a ventilator eventually.

The severe symptoms are partly due to the body’s excessive reaction to the virus, which causes alveolar spasming resulting in the lungs becoming unable to expand and operate normally. This contributes to problems with oxygen exchange.

To deal with this aspect of the overreaction of the lungs, only a simple action might be needed. Through a particular exercise, the chest cavity is opened, so that the lungs have the opportunity to expand and contract. This is like massaging the lungs, the lungs will gradually return to normal and continue to provide respiration. Once the body has sufficient oxygen, coupled with increased immunity, it can more effectively control the damage of the virus to the lungs and at the same time, the patient will not have such serious breathing difficulties. Relieving breathing difficulties can be the greatest help for patients.

In the past two months, Jonathan had used some simple Eastern exercises to help many COVID-19 patients subside their symptoms of chest tightness and pain in few minutes. We hope this video can help more people in similar situations to survive from this illness.
