Hi my beautiful people welcome back to my YouTube channel Cecelia O’s World.  In today’s video I will be sharing with us how to make a “Healthy Morning Cereal “.
This cereal is a combination of the following ingredients:Honey Oat Cereal, Cranberries, Cashew Nuts, Almond Nuts, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Hemp Seeds and Milk.

The Nutritional Benefits and Facts:
1). Honey Oat Cereal: loaded with carbs needed to maintain energy levels, Vitamins & Minerals. Rich in vitamin B(Thiamine, Niacin  & Riboflavin), Magnesium, Iron, Zinc and Manganese.
2). Cranberry: Great antioxidants for immune booster, prevent diseases in the body. Rich in vitamin C, A, E, K, Folate, Iron, Zinc &Magnesium. 
3). Cashew and Almond Nuts:  Reduces cardiovascular diseases, fightan excellent source of vitamin C, B, E K, Iron, Manganese,Iodine, Manganese, Magnesium, Potassium, Phosphorus, Copper. Perfect for weight loss, promote brain functions and help fight diseases. 
4). Flax Seed, Chai Seed, Hemp Seed: Rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, phosphorus and vitamins ( Vitamin D&B2). Great source of protein, anti-oxidant, fiber and support heart functions and body metabolism.
