It can be trickier than you think to get your daily dose of vitamin C and you could be falling short without realising it.

A simple way to get more vitamin C in your diet is to whizz some colourful fruit and veg together with oat milk in a blender. This will be a great, vitamin C rich breakfast or an afternoon pick me up instead of sugary snacks.
