Eating seasonal fruits and trying to boost the body's immune system

Eating plenty of vitamin rich foods has many benefits for the body.But the worry is that we do not know how many vitamins are in any food.So my personal advice is to always try to eat fruits after meals and fruits always carry vitamins so fruits are the only solution to fill the vitamin deficiency.For now, our mangoes are available this season, so today I am eating ripe mangoes from the tree and I shared the video with you at that moment.
