Sometimes we’re tested not to show our weaknesses! But,
To know our strength!
Ingredients:
Sprouted moong Dal – 150 gms
Carrot – 1 NO
Onion – 1 NO
Coconut 2 TBSP
Curd – 100ml
Country sugar – 1 TBSP
Pepper powder – ½ TBSP
Chilli powder – 1TBSP
Cumin powder – ½ TBSP
Asafoetida – ¼ TBSP
Green chili – 1 NO ( optional )
Coriander leaves – 1TBSP
Lemon – few drops Salt – ½ TBSP
Method of preparation :
Add chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, Asafoetida, country sugar and salt into the curd and blend well.
Grate the carrot and coconut.
Chop the onion, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Pour the curd into the mixing bowl.
Add sprouted moong Dal, onion, carrot, coconut, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Mix them well. Add a few drops of lemon juice. Serve chill.
