For today’s video I decided to talk about my recovery. As many of you know, I have started the Dr Sarah Myhill protocol on how to recover from chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME). Everything mentioned in the video for this protocol is included down below. The idea is that over a 4 month period of being on the suggested minerals and supplements i should be fully (or massively) recovered from chronic fatigue syndrome/myalgic encephalomyelitis (CFS/ME).This is because these minerals and vitamins provide the body with everything it needs in order to create more energy and heal from what has caused an injury in the first place.
