Start Your Day Off With Better Mobility

Hip mobility is essential to the proper full functioning of the hip joint. As we age, or if we sit for long periods of time, it’s crucial that we keep our flexibility and full range of motion to perform at it’s best and to avoid injuries.

Sitting too much without proper attention to posture is a great way to weaken your Glutes and shorten the Hip Flexors. Range of motion still needs to be accounted for and the lower back often picks up the impact. The lower back is a region meant for stability and so, when it is called upon to initiate motions such as lifting, you have an injury waiting to happen.

In this video I will cover 7 different stretches that you can add to your morning routine to keep the lower body nice and flexible throughout the day. There is no magic pill, so doing this only once might not make too much of a difference. But, adding this into a daily, or even weekly routine will definitely make you feel incredible.
