Research Shows Vitamin Supplements Aren't Providing Cardiovascular Benefits

According to a study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology, certain vitamins and supplements may be a waste of money. Dr. David Jenkins, the study’s lead author told Business Insider, “We were surprised to find so few positive effects of the most common supplements that people consume”.
