• Supports the immune system
Why, all of a sudden, does everyone have a deficiency in vitamin D?

• Lack of bile—without bile you can’t absorb vitamin D (Learn more about bile:
• Stress—cortisol
Vitamin D works naturally together with vitamin F. The function of vitamin D is to take the calcium from the stomach and put it into the blood. The purpose of vitamin F is to take calcium from the blood and put it into the skin tissues. That is why vitamin F is a protective mechanism against skin problems.
You don’t just need vitamin D. You also need vitamin F to keep the whole process working. It’s important to understand this process and to make sure to consume omega-3 fatty acids in your diet to help keep your body out of trouble.
