I am extremely happy with this supplement. I have many food allergies and it is almost impossible to find supplements that are not derived from corn or soy.
I was told to take a vitamin C product by my doctor but soon found out that almost all vitamin c is made from corn and comes from China. This vitamin c is made from oranges and is working very well.
These products are more expensive than other brands but I usually purchase the best supplements I can afford. No problem with these and would purchase again.
Thorne brand Vitamin C is the gold standard of Vitamin C supplements in my opinion. Personally use it a lot in the winter months (during cold and flu season). Has been effective for me.
We love this product, but it is important to note that each bottle comes with two plastic silica gel caps ( about 10 mm in diameter, one shown in my photo).
Be sure to fish them out and throw them away immediately as these bottles have no child-locking mechanism. As an EMT and a mother to four children, I can assure you that this has the potential to block an airway or lodge in a digestive tract.
