Barbell Back Squats | 4 sets of 8
Pull-Ups | 4 sets of AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Barbell Hip Thrusts | 5 sets of 10
DB Shoulder Press | 4 sets of 10
Good Mornings | 4 sets of 10
Banded Frog Pumps | 3 sets of 20

Rest one to two minutes in-between sets!
