Pineapple Ginger Drink | Immune Booster Healthy Drink

Pineapple mixed with ginger is power packed with a major boost of good nutrients such as Vitamin A, C, beta carotene, bromelain, and a bunch of other vitamins and minerals that support a healthy immune system.
Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple juice and in the pineapple stem, which helps in reducing inflammation.
