Why I STOPPED the vitamin C flush

I overdid the vitamin C flush and stopped mega dosing Vitamin C.
Here’s why.

I know it can be scary when somebody you trust changes their opinion on things, but I’m always learning. As I learn, so do you all. I must maintain my integrity and be humble and, when my opinion changes based on new, personal experience as well as a more in-depth understanding of a topic, I must share it with my community. We’re ALL always learning and growing and it’s important to be able to look at things objectively and ask, “Is this working?” It’s important to remain humble and open. So, thank you for standing with me as I learn and grow as a practitioner. Is my hope that my ability and courage to openly admit when my opinion has changed increases your trust in me. I truly only want the best for this community, EVER. That’s my sincerest dedication to you.

I’ve also been feeling really good taking food based vitamin C so I’m playing with this for now. This is NOT to say I don’t like ascorbate. I still think it’s a good product when used at small doses.

Have you given up on yourself? Have you given up on feeling good again? I did, too, once. But…

THERE IS HOPE!

You have within you what it takes to heal. I am just your guide! I would be HONORED to support you on your health journey.

My name is Tessa and I am a vitality coach. I am currently getting my Master’s in Integrative Medicine from the George Washington University. I started on this path because I was chronically ill for over 7 years with a multitude of mysterious symptoms. I finally got to a point where I was suicidal because I simply could not live with how I was feeling. At that point, I began a quest; a quest to get to the root of the issue and a quest to finally feel vital again. Currently, I am healing from something called CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) as the result of Lyme Disease, Toxic Mold poisoning combined with a genetic predisposition to be more sensitive to both of these biotoxins (HLADR SNP, for you geeks out there). Check out my video, “What It’s Like to Live With CIRS” to hear more about my story.
