Swimming competitively as kid – fit
College – cheapest food
HP – fast food
University – cheapest food
First job in AU – tastiest food and parties (food and alcohol)

I consulted with professionals
Doctors told me I have high cholesterol and blood sugar – they will prescribe me meds. Solving the problem?
Dietitians told me that I should eat less, and should eat more vegetables. Is that true
I joined the gym – started exercise hard – got traumas and stopped. Is exercise good for you?
I followed common believe
Eat low fat
Eat high fiber serials
Drink Boost/smoothies
I made no progress – I gained weight, was tired and sore
I tried harder – Stopped gaining weight, but nothing much improved
I stopped enjoying it – almost gave up
I started reading latest scientific research and stopped listening to professionals – here I am

I enjoy gym work – non competitive for good feeling (hormonal balance) and body toning. No huge muscles or weight loss (common gym drivers)
