Healthy Habits That Changed My Life

Having a strong immune system is on our minds these days. When my husband and daughter started to show Covid-19 symptoms, I was immediately taking Vitamin C, gargling with warm salt water (great for sore throats), Turmeric, making sure i was getting plenty of sleep and drinking lots of water. I didn’t get sick during that time and haven’t since. Is it luck? Maybe but it’s more like the healthy habits that I have incorporated in my life for years now. I suffer from hypertension and thyroid issues. Having a compromised immune system or a low immune system is something I am very sensitive about and want to make sure that my body is working at its optimum potential. So that means creating habits of health. Healthy food habits, creating routines, meditation, regular exercise and movement and taking supplements are all an integral part of life.
