In his Wednesday update, Gov. Beshear reports 127 new COVID-19 cases, for a total of 9,077 confirmed cases. There are 6 new deaths, for a total of 400 fatalities. 3,124 people have recovered. He says the numbers suggest we are no longer on a plateau but in a decline.
