Welcome to part 2 of my toddler nutrition series. Today we are going to be talking all about the micronutrients! AKA the vitamins and a couple of minerals that are important for your toddler (young child between the ages of 1-3). We will discuss the water soluble vitamins, the fat soluble vitamins as well as iron and fluoride which are also important for your growing baby 🙂
We will also discuss some good food sources for each vitamin and mineral as well as the Daily Recommended Intakes for your baby and MORE!
