What I eat in a day: Intuitive eating + some healthy meals and snacks!

CREAMY BALSAMIC DRESSING:

-1/4 cup olive oil
-2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

-2 tbsp mayo (I use veganaise)

-1 tbsp lemon juice
-2 tsp maple syrup / honey

-1 tsp dijon mustard
-1/2 tsp minced garlic
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp pepper

CHIA SEED PUDDING:
-1/2 cup oat milk

-2 tbsp chia seeds

-splash of sweetener
Shake for 20 seconds then let rest for 3 minutes or until thickened! You can add anything else, this is just what I did.
