Remember take your vitamins! At least 60 days before surgery! I was bad and waited 30 days before surgery. So, in my case I will take all vitamins up until 2 weeks before surgery, but I will continue to take the iron supplement until the day before surgery.

✅B12 1,000 mcg
✅Vitamin C 500mg
✅Folic Acid 400mcg
✅Iron 65mg
