Summer is almost here but we’ve all been eating way too much and baking bread like crazy. We need to get our bodies ready for summer partys!
But we’re going through menopause so eating all those carbs doesn’t help the waistline or the butt!
So here are 5 supplements that I use that have worked for me.
What I use:
Vitamin D drops – Available at any drugstore
Magnesium Glycinate – Available at any drugstore
Black Cohosh in the bottled version as “Menoease” – Available at Whole Foods – Take with water
Fiberific Fibre – Available at Whole Foods – add to water
Berberine – -Available at Whole Foods- Take with water
