Energy Tools To Help You Feel Safer during the Coronavirus Outbreak

In addition to Donna’s Daily Energy Routine, here are some extra tools to help boost your immune system, flush toxins, and relieve panic during this time.

UPDATE: As we move into the first full week of a different world with Corona Virus, we are following up with more thoughts about how we can all help each other through this unprecedented situation.

First, keep in mind that for most people who get Corona Virus, the symptoms will be mild and they will fully recover. That said, the most important single step you can take is to remain vigilant with your immune system. This video presents techniques from energy medicine for boosting your immune response.

Also, we suggest lots of Vitamin C, the antioxidant your immune system most needs (Ester C or Buffered C makes it easier to digest if you are taking large quantities). We personally are also taking Zinc tablets and an immune-supporting silver spray. You can energy test if these are right for you as well as the amounts your body needs. We have also been told that putting Zicam swabs or other disinfect nasal cleansers in your nose before going out is protective.

The video closes by cautioning you not to go into fear and anxiety, which do nothing for your resilience. But what can you do when fear is hard to avoid? First of all, recognize that fear does have a constructive purpose, which is to motivate us to take the steps that keep us safe. So make it your intention that you will mobilize your fears into effective action. We are recommending two types of action. Again, keeping your immune system strong is the first line of defense. Second, minimize your exposure to the virus. You’ve already heard a lot about that in the media.
