Ashley is certified as a Reiki Master, Coaching Master, Hormone Health Coach, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and has been trained by world-class experts in health, wellness and business. Her work also includes an achieve of publications, public speaking and workshop facilitation.
Ashley lives in Ontario with her son Fynn Michaud and is a leader in the field of holistic education, an unschooling mom, herbalist and on the Board of Directors for The Amazon Rainforest Conservancy. Ashley also consults with entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations working to grow healthy sustainable systems.
Ashley brings a wide range of experiences to her work as a Coach. Her background as a small business owner, entrepreneur, parent, holistic practitioner, author and psychonaut offers her clients a Coach who is flexible, compassionate, and professional. Some of her personal interests include hiking mountains, building community through social media, healthy home cooking, collecting wild food, writing and more. She’s a permaculture advocate, psychedelic activist, urban farmer and all-round optimist.
