In this video, I want to talk about vitamin K, rat poison, and strokes. There’s a medication going around called Coumadin. This drug blocks vitamin K, which basically prevents blood clots and strokes.

However, there’s a problem. This drug contains the same ingredients as rat poison. Rat poised prevents clotting so that the rat bleeds internally. This drug is pretty much a poison.

Vitamin K is in a lot of leafy green food—which means that these doctors can’t recommend healthy vegetables (like kale and spinach) for these patients.

These are the foods that have healing properties for the whole body.

So what can we do about this?

Well, clotting is often caused by stress. Stress triggers adrenaline, which triggers fibrinogen. Fibrinogen causes clotting. Now you can see how the dots connect.

The first place to start is reducing stress.
