Sean Spencer, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral fellow in the Laboratory of Parasitic Diseases, led by Dr. Yasmine Belkaid at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Intramural Research Program (IRP). Dr. Spencer investigates how diet affects the immune system of the gastrointestinal tract, particularly the influence of Vitamin A deficiency.
