To make you own liposomal vitamin c you need
176 g vitamin c powder (I use sodium ascorbate)
217 g lecithin (I use soy)
550 g distilled water
100 g vodka
In a container (preferably glass) mix vitamin c, water and alcohol and either let it dissolve in the ultrasonic machine (putting the container in the basket or placing a paper towel at the bottom of the machine before adding the container so that the container does not directly touch the machine, or immerse in a pot of hot water. If possible, monitor the temperature and keep it under 36C or 96.8F.
Once mixed, put in blender, add lecithin and blend for about 5 min
Put in fridge for a few hours and than blend once more for about 5 min
You can do this step a few more times if you wish, or continue with below steps.
If you have an ultrasonic machine you will now put it in your vitamin c mixture, turn it on and leave it for about an hour (monitoring the temperature if possible and staying under 36C)
If you do not have an ultrasonic machine, put back in fridge for a few more hours, blend once more and fill in a container to be used
If you have a lot of foam or bubbles on top, simply remove them with a spoon before filling into a container
Make sure you store the liposomal vitamin c in the fridge
