Ingredients ~•

1 Roasted chick peas 100gms

2.Roasted peanuts 100gms

3.Roasted Almonds 100gms

4.Roasted Sesame seeds 100gms

5.Roasted Green split gram 100gms

6.Roasted Yellow split gram 100gms

7.Roasted English millet flour(Ragi) 100gms

8.Cardamom powder 50gms

9.Jaggery powder 500gms

Method

Making Nutri Meal Supplement .

Dry roast all ingredients except Jaggery powder. Once cold grind it into a fine powder. Add jaggery powder and cardamom powder and combine well. Store in an airtight container in room temperature for 6 months.

Once ready combine 50gms of the nutri meal supplement to 1 cup of lowfat milk or any milk of your choice. Heat and bring it to boil and the wholesome meal is ready for consumption.
