Vitamin Supplements, Gluten Free and Buckwheat Diets: The Good, The Bad and The Deadly

In this video, I tackle three pretty common questions.
Most people take some sort of vitamin supplement. It’s a common question asked when fasting or eating LCHF as well. So how much benefit are we really getting from them?
Gluten-Free is a very popular and mainstream diet and way of life for many. But if you don’t have a disorder that requires restricting gluten then are you benefiting from this diet?
And the buckwheat diet is also pretty popular now and many people consider it a “Superfood”. Is this grain truly of any benefit in losing weight and preventing T2D?
