This is a continuation of my last video on how to strengthen your immune system and render it an iron shield against all diseases by following new 15 tips.
After a deep research on the topic, I concluded that in order to stay healthy and disease free you must take personal and conscious responsibility over your health first by boosting your immune system naturally, secondly by following strict and good hygiene habits and other preventative lifestyle measures.

15 ways to render your immunity a solid protective shield against pathogens and diseases:
The followings are new additions of expert recommendations, guidelines and techniques to fortify your immune system by following these easy steps and tips.
1. Fasting (12 -24 hours a time)
2. Drink plenty of hot fluids (mainly herbal infused tea or water)
3. Eat hot food and spices. Examples: chili pepper, garlic, black pepper, turmeric, ginger, onions.
4. Eat plenty of organic citrus fruits and green plants and vegetables like oranges, lemons, kiwi, asparagus, broccoli, kale, cabbage, etc. or a multi vitamin supplement.
5. Eat a lot of nuts and seeds.
6. Have cold showers/iced baths.
7. Expose your body to the heat of the sun for at least 20 minutes daily.
8. Do sessions of slow, deep and conscious breathing.
