Sparkling Pineapple Sip Recipe

Take yourself to the tropics with the flavors of pineapple and lime. This sparkling beverage is refreshing and hydrating. Pineapple is rich with immune-boosting vitamin C, and it’s a great source of fiber too. Feel free to substitute fresh pineapple if it’s available.

Serves 1
60 calories per serving

Ingredients:
– 12 oz. can pineapple or lime-flavored sparkling water
– ½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
– 1 tablespoon Detox Greens
– 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
– Liquid stevia to taste
– Ice

In the bottom of a tall glass, muddle together frozen pineapple, Detox Greens, lime juice, and stevia. Fill the glass with ice and pour sparkling water on top. Stir gently to combine ingredients and enjoy immediately!
