This 5 minutes of “Guided Meditation – Coronavirus Anxiety and Stress Relief” hope to provide some stress and anxiety relief and boost up your immune system to be resilient to this virus.
The Coronavirus outbreak has caused us to be emotionally stressful and uncertain. Most of us are confined to our homes and minimal public activity exposure to avoid chances of getting contracted. Many of us have lost our jobs and businesses are forced to close down. As a result, we are very stressful and worried.
We know that once we have these negative thoughts in our mind, it affects us and lowered our immune system which causes high blood pressure and illness of all kind. So the only way right now is to boost up our immune system to stay stronger to fight this virus naturally.
