Ingredients:
½ cup vinegar
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
3 globes of garlic
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 bay leaf
1 kilo assorted chicken thighs or drumsticks (marinated overnight)

Kitchen Tips:
To quickly peel fresh garlic, Put the whole bulb in a bottle then cover, then slightly shake the bottle until the skins is peeled. remove the garlic get the skins.
Vegetable oil would also taste great in this recipe.
