Ingredients
1.Jaggery lemonade
1 glass water
1 tsp jaggery powder or jaggery
1/2 lemon
Rock salt to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp roasted Cummin powder
Some mint leaves

2.Turmeric latte/haldi doodh
1 glass milk
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 th tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp honey

3.kokum sherbet
5-6 kokum (soft one)pieces (available at any grocery store)
2 tsp jaggery powder
1/2 tsp-roasted cummin powder
1/2 tsp rock salt
Salt to taste
2-3 tsp sabza soaked in water

4.Ajwain jeera water
1&1/2 glass of water
1/2 tsp of jeera (cummin seeds )
1/2 tsp of ajwain(Carrom seeds)
1/2 tsp kala jeere (optional)
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/4 th tsp cinnamon powder
Jaggery (optional..1 tsp..I have not added)

Tomatoe mint cooler —2 tomato roughly chopped ,1/2 tsp rock salt,1/2 tsp jaggery powder ,mint leaves,chaat masala,roasted cummin seeds powder
Masala chaas —mint and corriander leaves,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,roasted cummin powder,little rock salt and white salt,1/2 green chili,1/2 cup curd,1 glass water,1/2 inch ginger piece (optional)
