Firstly Im disabled and bedridden and havent cleaned much in months.
Yesterday was the third day of taking these supplements and I cleaned my rabbit and guinea pig room (Two rabbits and two guinea pigs) and I usually leave half of a mess and clean the other half because I become extremely worn down fast.
I also have low vitamin b12, and even with this, these D3 pills still gave me enough energy to clean the entire room. I was worn out afterwards but I didnt crash hard, so its crazy how Im feeling energy this soon only on the third day of taking them.
I forgot how much these were, assuming they were like 30 dollars but then I came back here today and saw that they are super cheap.Every vitamin D supplement Ive taken has always made me very sick.
I react so bad but these are the first ones that dont, so I definitely will be getting these and only these for the future. My Vitamin d levels were 10.5 late last year so I bet they will raise higher soon.
I tend to avoid vitamins because theyre typically very large, chalky and taste like dirt – these are none of those things! They are small, flavorless and easy to swallow.
I was looking for a vitamin D supplement for the winter time and this one has been great, I really like that it already has vitamin K, so I dont have to buy/take another pill for it to absorb properly.
I do recommend taking with food, rather than on an empty stomach.
I really like how small the pills are. You can see in the picture the comparison to a penny. Im just giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the sticker placed right over the usage directions.
Theres got to be a better place to stick this sticker than there.
