Yoga for the Immune System to Combat COVID-19

We come to yoga for many reasons, strength, flexibility, connection, spirituality but overall it gives us that resilience we need inside and out. If you are feeling a bit under the weather or stressed out, this class is perfect for you. Yoga really helps to keep the cells in our body healthy, reducing inflammation and combating stress and the effects stress has on our cellular level. Less inflammation allows the body to restore balance and work the way it should be doing.

This Immune boosting flow will help you to connect deeply with your magical, healing breath, beginning with Kalabhati breath, to cleanse, energise and create some heat in the body. Throughout the class we will be calming down the nervous system, twisting to detoxify, opening up our lungs and flowing with our beautiful breath. Finishing with a yummy, well deserved and much needed savasana, where you can stay, rest, restore and repair for as long as you like.
