Being the social media stalker that we are, we recently noticed that Parvathy had been uploading a lot of workout videos and sharing snippets of her sweating it out the gym. The short workout videos got us intrigued and wonder what does she really do for fitness and health. What better way to find that out than doing a fun what I eat in a day segment with her.
Here, Pinkvilla caught up with actress and got her to reveal what she eats in her day, what she does to motivate herself and how she likes to stay fit.
Parvathy (born Parvathy Thiruvoth Kottuvata) is an Indian film actress from Kozhikode, Kerala, who stars in South Indian films. She made her debut in the 2006 Malayalam film Out of Syllabus. She’s well known for her performances in films such as Notebook, Poo, Prithvi, Bangalore Days and more.
Parvathy is making her Bollywood debut with Hindi film Qarib Qarib Singlle in 2017, where she will be seen romancing Irrfan Khan. The movie is all set to hit the theatres this Friday- 10th November 2017.
