QR codes: To use QR codes multiple times you must reload the codes for each use on your wellness card. There are 3 Nature Made codes to load.
Video Value – Sign up, watch videos, there are 2 videos for Nature Made. I had e-mail addresses for other household members because you can get one set of coupons per person:
PDF file for Nature Made-
It’s a PDF so you can make as many copies as you like but make sure they put in the numbers on the right side only starting with 0031…. (see video for location of numbers)
Nature Made Website with coupons-
You must sign up to get these and only 2 of the same coupon will print.

1st Transaction: Vitamin D $5.49, Vitamin C $6.99, Fish Oil $8.49 =20.97
used $3.00 off Nature Made Vitamin D (Video value), $1.00 off any vitamin from (Nature Made site).
Loaded 3 Nature Made( QR from Weusecoupons.com goes directly to Wellness card). It took off $10 and $3. Added gum 1.99. Total paid $2.95
2nd Tranaction- Vitamin C $6.99, Vitamin D, $10.49, Fish Oil $8.49 =$25.97. I used 1.00 off any nature made (Nature Made site) for Vitamin C, $3.00 for Vitamin D (Video Value), another $1.00 any Nature Made, $3.00 off (Video Value) for Fish oil, and $1 off nature made any product. Reloaded QR codes. $10, $3, and $3 was taken off wellness card. Paid $2.96 b4 tax. Received $10 Up reward.
3rd transaction (I did the next day). Vitamin D, $6.99, Vitamin C $10.79, Fish Oil $11.49. Total $29.27.
Used $3.00 (Video Value) for Vitamin D, and $2.00 (Nature Made coupons from pdf file). $3.00 off (video value) for fish oil and $2.00(pdf file). Paid $3.27. Received 2-$10 up rewards.
Limit is 3 times per household to get the $10 up rewards.
*** vitamins may vary at store. QR Codes may not be working in a few days.
***Make sure you reload the QR codes after you complete a transaction. I recommend getting it all done in one day.
