Hello everyone , how are you . In this hard time of pandemic all over the world,fitness is a big issue. Staying at home and staying fit is too hard .So why not we all modify our diet according to current situation to keep ourselves fit and healthy while staying at home . Diet can play a mager role to keep our body in figure without going to the gym for exercise . Eating oily and fatty food or over cooked vegetables can ruin the health. So why not we include some healthy things in our daily routine diet plan. It will help us to remain healthy and fit at home. #BeetrootsWithChickpeas can be a good source to achieve the target, we can even eat it everyday .As you all know the health benefits of vegetables ,beetroot is great source of fiber intake, folate(vitamin B9), manganese , potassium, iron, and vitamin C .
