1. AIM FOR WHOLE FOODS:
Avoid packaged or processed food . I can’t emphasize this enough.
2. TONS OF VEGETABLE: Include vegetable in your every meal like cabbage, 🥦 broccoli, cauliflower.
3. LOTS OF WATER.
4. SULPHUR RICH FOOD: These are great for detoxification and for boosting the immune system (e.g. Garlic and Onion) .
5. ANTI INFLAMMATORY FOOD: Turmeric , ginger , nuts are good source.
6. GOOD AMOUNT OF PROTEIN: Try to include protein in every meal of your diet.
7. DON’T FORGET YOUR OMEGA FATTY ACIDS.
8. TAKE AT LEAST 7-9 HOURS OF SLEEP EACH NIGHT. ❤️
