Spending months and months trying to get pregnant sounds like fun in the beginning 😁
But when it doesn’t happen, it causes anxiety, stress and fear 🙁

But sometimes it’s just as simple as taking the right vitamins.
When you’re body is deficient in a vitamin or nutrient it will not function properly, and unfortunately, our reproductive system is one of the first to shut down.

Today, I explain why not all supplements are created equal and why taking a proper supplement is key. I also explain how to tell if your supplements are ‘GOOD’ supplements.

Buying a year supply of an omega 3 from Costco just isn’t how we were meant to take vitamins.
