AMLA FRIED RECIPE
This is rice recipe made with amla. Amla has all the goodness required to maintain good health. It is the richest source of vitamin C.

Take a mixie jar and add amla pieces, coriander leaves, green chillies, little salt and blend into a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry red chilly, urad dal, chana dal, ground nuts, curry leaves and saute it.

Then add little salt, turmeric powder, amla paste and saute it.

In the same pan, add cooked rice, mix thoroughly and serve it.
